(Supported by professional assessments, coaching frameworks, and Positive Psychology resources.)
How It Works
- Weekly 1-1 Coaching – personalised weekly coaching sessions to support individual growth, embed learning, and accelerate the shift from manager to people leader.
- Monthly Live Workshops – engaging, interactive sessions designed for real-world application
- Assessments & Toolkits – including Strengthscope, Spotlight, and Positive Psychology resources
- Peer Learning – opportunities to share experiences and challenges with other people leaders
- Flexible Delivery – available online or in person, depending on your organisation’s needs

FAQs
Who is this programme for?
New and emerging people leaders, typically first-time managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
How much time is required each week?
Around 2–3 hours, designed to fit alongside full-time roles.
Can sessions be delivered in person?
Yes – while the programme is designed to run online, in-person delivery can be arranged depending on your organisation’s needs.
What happens if I can't make a session?
Ideally, you need to be 100% committed to your course and attending your sessions needs to be your number one priority, if you are to get maximum value from them.
But, I totally understand that life can throw curveballs that derail even the best laid plans, and schedules have to change. So, if you can’t make a session, it’s all good.
Sessions are recorded and made available to you and the cohort you are in, so you will always be able to access a recorded version of what you missed.
How will we know it’s working?
We measure progress through assessments, participant feedback, and observable improvements in resilience, engagement, and leadership behaviours.
