FAQs

Who is this programme for?

The E.I. Blueprint is designed for individual people leaders and professionals who want to develop stronger emotional awareness, regulation, and communication skills. You don’t need prior experience with emotional intelligence or psychology.

Very practical. The programme combines evidence-based ideas with tools, exercises, and reflection you can apply immediately to real leadership and work situations.

Delivery is flexible and tailored to you.

The E.I. Blueprint can be delivered:

  • self-paced online
  • live / virtually
  • or through a blended approach

The content and outcomes remain the same, the delivery is agreed after sign-up.

The programme includes eight sessions. The overall pace depends on the delivery approach and what works best for you alongside work and life commitments. Each session will last 60-90 minutes.

In an ideal world you will be able to attend each session. But we know that no-one lives in an ideal world and life happens. So, each session is recorded and you will be able to access any you miss (as well as those you attend) in your private area on the Big Life Solutions website.

No. While the programme is highly relevant for people leadership, the skills you develop apply equally to relationships, decision-making, and everyday emotional challenges.

That depends on the delivery format. Any live elements are facilitated in a psychologically safe, professional way, with no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

No. The focus is on developing skills, not fixing flaws. Emotional intelligence is something everyone can strengthen, regardless of experience or role.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive details about next steps and we’ll confirm the most appropriate delivery approach for you.
