Well, for starters, let me give you the answers to some of the most common questions I get asked. Then, if your question still isn’t answered, just drop me a line and I’ll help you directly.
No, not at all. You'll get access to two new modules every week until, by week eight, you have all 16 modules in your library. But, you don't have to complete two modules every week - you can work through the modules as quickly, or as slowly as you like.
The material is all downloadable, and you will have access for as long as you decide you want it. And, if you should ever decide you want to close your account for any reason, you can simply download all the material and keep it to use as little, or as often, as you wish.
What I have found is that some people like to go at it quickly, get the ball rolling, so-to-speak, and then revisit specific elements they want to focus on, or even go through the whole thing again at a more leisurely pace and in more detail. Other people choose to take it slow and steady from the outset. It really is up to you.
My advice to you is this: you will only get out of it what you put into it, so allow yourself enough time and space to maximise what you can put in, so you can maximise what you get out and, therefore, maximise the boost to your mental fitness and overall performance in life and work.
And, if that means that, with everything else you have to juggle, it’s short bursts over a longer time-frame, relax and go with it. Or, if it means you can go full-tilt, and that’s what you want to do, then relax, and go with it.
Nope. Or, rather, 'kind of'. As soon as you are enrolled, you have access to modules one and two. Then, each week, for the next seven weeks, you'll get access to another two modules.
So, if you get started right away, you will need to start at the beginning and work through in order. But, as your library of modules builds up over the first eight weeks, until you have all 16, you'll be able to pick and choose which modules you tackle.
And, of course, if you can't get started right away after your enrolment, you have all sorts of options. Start at the end and work back. Start at the beginning and work forward. Or go for the middle and take your pick on forwards or back.
I put the course together this way for a reason. There is a method to it and, while there is no set way you have to approach it, and while it is perfectly possible to do it in any order you wish, I strongly recommend you do work through it in sequence to ensure you build your knowledge and understanding in a systematic way, building learning upon learning, so that you can maximise the gains.
Of course, if there is one foundation that’s of particular interest because of some personal circumstances (for example), you could always dip into that ‘in isolation’, while still working your way through the modules in order.
That said, that’s just my recommendation. How you approach it is up to you – just be sure that your approach is set up to give you the biggest gains, so that you can achieve the outcomes you want.

In a word, science. The science behind each of the mental fitness foundations is widely published and well-used. Every tool is built around either proven scientific theory, or coaching best-practice. And the content of every lesson is grounded in research and practice.
Plus, I’ve been using a huge portion of what is included here for the best part of two-decades, it’s won me awards for innovation in intervention design, as well as service delivery. I’ve used it in programmes tailor-made for, and commissioned by, local homelessness, substance misuse and criminal justice agencies, and been used in courses I have developed for businesses and charitable organisations for use as part of their leadership development and performance programmes. And, I use it in virtually all of my one-to-one and group coaching work.
And if you want the clincher – I use it all daily in my own, personal mental fitness regimen. I guess you could say that I am the chef who not only tastes, but eats what he cooks.
Yes, other people do offer 10 (or some other number) step programmes and formulas for success. And they have their reasons for doing that. My reasons for not doing that are simple, and they stem from the fact that you are unique; and, as such, a one-size-fits-all generic solution is never going to cut it.
Sure, stress, anxiety, motivation, confidence – in fact all of the foundations – have common elements. But, here’s the thing, how you react to those elements – the things that trigger your stress, and why, the reasons your confidence is high or shot to pieces, for example, are unique to you. So, to put yourself in the driving seat and maximise the positive impact that each foundation has on your mental fitness, you need a ‘you’ sized approach.
So, while you won’t get a magic formula or silver bullet from me, you will get core principles and everything you need to apply those principles to your own circumstances. Which means that, no matter what life throws at you - the good or the bad - you are more than equipped to take it in your stride, deal with it and use it to boost your performance, rather than allowing it to derail it.
As long as you want to be. Once you are in, you are in. Until you take yourself out, should you want to. The thing is, when it comes to mental fitness, your work is never done. There is always more to learn, always more to develop, always more to improve. And, by being part of an active, vibrant Facebook group you will always be part of a community of like-minded people who can share your adventure with you. You don’t have to be a member of the group (some people don’t do Facebook groups, others don’t do Facebook full-stop), but the opportunity to join and be as active (or inactive) as you wish is there from the moment you enrol, and will be there for as long as you want it to be.
Like with the Facebook group, the choice for how long you receive the weekly accountability check-in emails is yours.
